Indian Mountain Recreation and Park District Properties
All of the facilities listed below are owned by The Indian Mountain Recreation and Park District (IMMR&PD) and maintained by the District for the benefit of the Property Owners. As a note here: We are aware that you may have been told that you have to pay dues to some other organization to use these facilities or to display a "pass" while using them, but this is not true. Indian Mountain Recreation and Park District is a Special District of the state of Colorado and is supported by part of your tax dollars. The IMMR&PD Board voted to quit using "passes" in 2006. Just carry normal identification while using the facilities. We can compare your name to a property owner's list.
Burn Pit- The Burn Pit is now leased and managed by Jefferson -Como Fire Protection District for additional information go to http://www.jcfpd.org. The combination on the Burn Pit lock has changed effective 8/18/2006. To get the new combination you will need to fill out a form at Station # 5 or download the form here or from http://www.jcfpd.org and fax it or snail mail it to Station 5.. Comfort Station - Comfort Station facility on Chief Trail
Golf Course -All residents can use the Golf Course at any time no reservations are required.
Indian Mountain Park -There is a playground, a horseshoe area, a picnic pavilion, a gas grill (bring your own tank), trails for hiking, Frisbee golf (bring your own Frisbees) located at Indian Mountain Park on Chief Trail.
Indian Mountain Office and Meeting Facility - Called "The Hut" -(The Warming Hut) - 1996 Chief Trail - Now ADA compliant.
Picnic Pavilion facility on Chief Trail
Recreation Hall - The Rec Hall is currently not being used because of a number of issues and deferred maintenance. The new Board is in the process of investigating the cost of moving and repairing the old structure versus building a new structure and the possibility of getting grant money to help with costs.
R.V. Dump Station - The dump station is located on Chief Trail. - This facility is open generally between May 15 and September 15. This facility is for the use of property owners only please carry identification when using the facility.
RV Storage Lot - Located by the Golf Course off of Albino Road.

Covenant Control and Architectural Review - At this time there is no "agency" taking care of Covenant Control or Architectural Review for Indian Mountain. Be aware that the covenants provide that any property owner in Indian Mountain can enforce a covenant violation by taking legal steps. Park County does not enforce covenants. If and when this situation changes we will post a notice here. In the meantime contact Park County Officials with any violations of the Land Use Regulations.
